It is pretty straight forward If your Business object and Archive Link Document types are properly set up .
Note : The Business obejct should have IFARCH21 interface for archive link.
Once this is done, you could use a submit to program OACREATEFROMFRONTEND passing in the parameters for the Object type and the Key .
This should then create the document in IXOS server.
The only catch is that this approach is only for a Front end Upload.
