Hi Niranchan,

The BTE events 2040 , 2050 will trigger when customer/vendor should receive the payment advice note by mail, fax or e-mail when executed the F110 Payments Transaction.

Please refer to the SAP Note 1033893 which explains in depth details about the 2040 BTE implementation.
