I'm working in a hospital where we use the IS-H-MED module. I'm aware not so many people work in that environment. Nevertheless, I try it.
We have since about 6 months to a year about 12 abap run time errors in our production system. The run time error is a raise_exception in program SAPLN_DIAGNOSIS_FRAME. It occurs when saving an admission.
In the run time error, we can find the patient number, case number etc.
We have analysed the dump on abap level, but as with raise exceptions, the dump arrives after the code voor the cause of the dump.
We have phoned users shortly after the run time error and they can't remember anything different between the admission where they dumped, and de admission they could save a few moments later.
We let a basic consultant look for technical abnormalities around the time stamps of the run time errors.
We set up a SAP OSS NOTE, but as we can't replay the dump, they can't help us eather.
None of the above ways give us a clue where the problem can be situated.
Is anyone here known with this dump? And does he/she know how to help?
