Error loading a excel file.

Hi ,

         We are struck with a issue on excel upload.

Scenario is we are downloading the read only excel from SAP and uploading it to a Bank portal.

When the file is downloaded from SAP and we try to upload the same , it errors up in the bank site.

when the file is downloaded from SAP and 'save as ' is done the file is smoothly uploaded.

Now we doubt when the Save as is done it should be converting to some format that makes it compatible , but the properties seem to be same for both the files.

Can you please respond back if anyone has come across the issue.
