Why RH_READ_INFTY returns Nothing Found Exception even though the PERNR exists and is active in HRP1001

hI

Iam Using FM RH_READ_INFTY to find the Manager's PERNR of the EMPLOYEE using the EMPLOYEE PERNR.

But for a specific employee the FM always returs NOTHING FOUND EXCEPTION even though the EMPLOYEE exists in HRP1001

and is active and no other restrictions have been made but it never shows up..

please help if anything i am missing ..
