Creation of TO Doc. using FM

Hi Experts,

I have query regarding TO create / confirm

I want to create the TO doc with help of FM where the input would be following three fields:-

1. Warehouse no
2. Delivery
3. Storage unit

Is there any FM or BAPI for the same, please let me know

Any help would be much appreciated.
